Don and Denise genuinely cared about us as clients and helped us with so many aspects of our permanent relocation from the Pacific Northwest to Bozeman — they were always there. During our first exploratory trip Don showed us a lot of great places, pointing out commutes, features and mountain views in several areas of Bozeman and helped us understand some of the ins and outs of the buy vs build decision while learning about our needs and wants. Where do I begin?! We found Don and Denise Carr online and were so surprised how sweet and helpful Denise and Don were just over the phone. Through their help and encouragement we made the move from Charleston SC and began searching for a condo big enough for a family of five. Initially moving for a job and knowing not a soul they helped us find a month to month rental and my husband a new job when his new boss decided to stop training him. We found our family sized condo in Belgrade within our low budget and Don expertly handled all the details. As scary as everything started out now we are HOME loving our new Montana life and my husband has a secure job.

We had met Don a couple of summers ago when we were in Bozeman, looking to buy land. Unfortunately, our first attempt at purchasing land didn’t pan out. We had been in communication with him ever since, and recently we found a listing online for a property that seemed to suit us very well. We contacted Don, and he was quick to act. Since we live out of the area, Don was gracious enough to the give us a detailed video tour of the property, and even hiked around the property for over half an hour in the snow, in order to get us full coverage of all the views. Annemarie was amazing at getting answers to our questions right away, even when it was after work hours. Don also took care of arranging for and meeting with all of the inspectors at the property, and overall we had an extremely smooth buying experience.

When we started our home search we were hesitant about the Bozeman market. We felt what we were looking for was out of reach. We knew that our Realtor would have to be very patient with us while we took our time to find the right house. Denise was a perfect
match as she worked with us on our own schedule. She paid attention to our needs and was extremely responsive to all of our requests. She offered tons of experiential guidance on home buying and pointed out several red flag items that the average home buyer would not be aware of. When we finally found the right home, Denise helped us to act quickly and guided us through the home purchase. She was incredibly thorough in her review of our purchase agreement. The process felt secure from beginning to end knowing that she genuinely cared about us. Looking back, the only regret I have is not calling Denise sooner!
